Benderlink for Solid Works software is designed to convert from Solid Works to bender data then to connect Solid Works workstations to SVNET-based benders.

If a measuring center arm is setup to sketch a 3D centerline of a measured tube shape, then Benderlink will help you reverse-engineer tube shapes, and assist in correcting the bender's data.

So the main features of the software are...

  • Conversion to Bender Data
  • Connection to Benders
  • Read data from measure centers to
    1. Reverse-engineer tube shapes
    2. Correct bender data

Features

The main features of this software:

  1. - Read tube data from Solid Works
  2. - Convert the tube data to bender data
  3. - Save / Recall the bender data
  4. - Send new nominal data to benders that support SVNET protocol.
  5. - Make and send correction data to benders that support the SVNET protocol.

The correction feature is peformed by measuring a tube with ROMER / FARO arm, using this data to create a tube centerline in Solid Works, then allow Benderlink to compare this inspected data with the MASTER data.
