FIF Translator Version 4.1 - December 10, 2007

Enhanced User Interface
Many changes were made to make the FIF Translator interface cleaner and easier to use for the operator.
For example:
- New adjustable skinned user interface
- New File Setup Tab - Allows you to preset the default paths for both FIF and non-FIF files.
- New "Explore..." buttons in four windows allow you to display and show the Windows explorer opened to the correct folder.
- Both Translation windows were completely redesigned for easier use.
- Both Translation windows now have new "Browse" buttons to allow you to set the default path for ATT files and FIF files.
New Manual and Help Files
The manual was updated with new information and images to show the new version features.
