This upgrade applies primarily to benders that use a motion-controlled PDA (pressure die assist) axis. The change allows the bender to open the clamp and pressure dies separately.
CHANGES to CNC BENDER
NEW - Process List Builder Handles Pressure Die and PDA Axis Home Motion
The Process List Builder can now move the Pressure Die and PDA Axis home independently of the clamp die when the PDA mode is set to "motion-control".
NEW - Pressure Die and PDA Move Home Command
This new command is for moving the Pressure Die and PDA Axis home.
Pressure Die and PDA Motion Home = pos0:0.00000000, vel0:1.00000000, ump0:1, cto:6000
NEW - Report missing COMDEFs in the Process List
Now CNC ProcessList Builder will report missing COMDEF commands in the process list as extra notes. These notes will not stop the bend program, but will act as an aid in diagnosing missing COMDEF issues.
