NEW - HERBER Bender Setup From Solid Model Through a Network (VTube-LASER or VTube-STEP)

We added the HERBER SOL file protocol that allows VTube-STEP to send NEW data to the HERBER benders through a network connection. Use this new feature to import solid models into HERBER bender controls. Bender setup for the HERBER works through either VTube-LASER or VTube-STEP

FIX- VTUBE-STEP WINDOW STARTUP

The VTube-STEP Window did not always maximize properly at startup. This was fixed in this version.
