NEW - HERBER Bender Setup From Solid Model Through a Network

We added the HERBER SOL file protocol that allows VTube-STEP to send NEW data to the HERBER benders through a network connection.

The VTube-STEP Window did not always maximize properly at startup. |

FIX- VTUBE-STEP ASSEMBLY CONTROL WINDOW ISSUE
