The TubeCAD.config file structure has changed slightly to use the new NLM v6 software. The LICENSE section has changed like this:

[LICENSE]
Enable Network=1
Server Name=127.0.0.1
Network Timeout=3
NLM Send Port=17500
NLM Receive Port=17501


Enable the network license manager by setting the value for Enable Network to 1. Switch it off by setting it to 0. Please see the Network License Manager page for details on setup.
