Rescue Service is a priority tech-support service where we help you with installation, training, and troubleshooting applications.

This service works with a combination of these forms:

How to Purchase the Rescue Service

Att rescueservice.jpg

It really is this easy!

  1. Purchase a 30 minute block of the service at our online store with a credit card. (Or you can call us with the information and we will process it for you.)

  1. Give us a call or send us an e-mail and we will begin the Rescue Service session with you.

  1. We track the time we work for you. The first 30 minutes are paid for in full. If our Rescue Service time passes 30 minutes, then we just track the extra time and charge per minute against the card. (Please see the store for pricing details.)
