Our LogmeIn Rescue is a remote technical support service. With this service, we can access your computer directly over the internet with your permission and resolve issues that you may be having when running our software.

The service allows us to upgrade your software (including some CNC benders) from our remote location. It often happens the same day you place the order!

  • We send you a link by e-mail, or we can give you a PIN code and a web site to login to.
  • We can remotely access multiple computers simultaneously.
  • We can chat with you while connected
  • Remote access is granted only with your permission.
