UPDATE - Change in Socket Opening Procedure

Windows security no longer allows KeyCheck to initialize a socket with an address of 0.0.0.0. Previous versions of KeyCheck would initialize the socket with 0.0.0.0, then change the IP to a working address. However, new updates of Windows refuses to open the socket under these conditions for security reasons. So this version now opens the socket with at least the standard 127.0.0.1 address.
