Motion-recovery is the ability for CNC Bender to temporarily pause motion with CYCLE HOLD or entering a safety device, like stepping on a safety mat, then start finish the motion when CYCLE STARTING the bender.

Old Behavoir

CNC Bender attempts motion-recovery in every mode - even MANUAL mode.

New Behavoir

CNC Bender motion-recovery is no longer attempted to recover motion in these circumstances:

  • The bender is in MANUAL mode or is switching from STEP or AUTO into MANUAL mode.
  • The bender has encountered a FAULT condition.
  • The bender has encountered a command that is timed out.
  • The E-Stop is pressed.
