Check.jpg NEW: Skip Step Tolerance value in Main.axilist

The c:\cnc\config\axis\mail.axislist file contains a new value called "Skip Step Tolerance". This is a floating point value that is only considered positive.

As of this version, the value is only effective for the bend axis. If the bend arm is within this value, then it will consider itself as being home (at zero), and will skip the move to zero to save time.

The default value is 0.25.

Gear warning.jpg WARNING!

Setting this value too high may cause the bend arm to never return

Please do not attempt to adjust this value without technical assistance from an Advanced Tubular technician.

Check.jpg NEW: Added Bend Arm Home After Run Buttons

The bend arm will always home before the carriage moves to the start position and the clamp closes for bending. This behavior ensures that the bend arm is returned to zero in case it has drifted outward slightly after the operator steps on the safety mat for loading the part.

This feature helps in push bending precision, and in reducing clamp bending.
