Check.jpg ENHANCED - All Output Modules Now Use Extended Sustain Time

The sustain time is used to control how long the output modules stay on around the CNC Bender system even if they are not being serviced.

The time is setup in the Processor tab of the low level menu, and was previously applied only to the first output module.

As of this version, it is applied to all the output modules throughout the entire system.
