CNC Bender can now respond to a joystick or pendant buttons when direct-axis jogging.

Direct axis jogs using external devices is active in the MANUAL and TEACH MODE pages.

In the MANUAL page, the Direct Axis jog button must be active for external devices to control the jog.

In the CUSTOM COMMAND EDITOR page, the "TEACH MODE" must be active and an axis row selected for external devices to control the jog. Also, in the editor, the joystick and or teach-pendant controls both SERVO and DIRECTIONAL-VALVE actuators. This means that the joystick can also be used to close and open the chuck, clamps, and dies.

Check.jpg NEW- Setup Options for Direct Axis Jog from INPUTS

The low level general options list contains three new options:

  • ENABLE
  • JOG+ Input Name
  • JOG- Input Name



If this feature is enabled, then the input names are used to lookup the input points in the CIO dictionary.
