Type of Upgrade: Minor udpate The changes in this version optimize the CNC Bender user interface

CHANGE - Remove Visibility Setup of Options in Low Level

The toolbox feature makes the visible/invisible setting in the Low Level menu unnecessary. Also, there are lower-level setup files that allow for the disabling of any option - which is safer than making options invisible. This change ensures that previous visibility settings no longer have an effect in v12.

ENHANCE - PL Builder

Small enhancement to PL Builder to protect against an unexpected Bend Stop Return mode from disabling the bend arm return.
