CHANGE - Remove Visibility Setup of Options in Low Level

The toolbox feature makes the visible/invisible setting in the Low Level menu unnecessary. Also, there are lower-level setup files that allow for the disabling of any option - which is safer than making options invisible. This change ensures that previous visibility settings no longer have an effect in v12. If options are not in the toolbox and also not in a special Dynamic Option Disable configuration files then they will display in the option lists even if previous configurations made them invisible. |
