Contents

Check.jpg NEW - Tube Mandrel Check and Destroyer Feature

  • CNC Bender can now automatically check for the existence of a broken mandrel after a mandrel extraction.

  • If the mandrel is broken, then CNC Bender process list logic requires the operator to place the tube in a tube destroyer to crush the tube to prevent it from being used in other machinery in the cell.

Check.jpg ENHANCE- Updates to CNC Processor to improve motion command logic

  • There were circumstances were incremental motion commands could be issued twice when only one command was necessary.

  • This version of CNC Bender removes the potential for double calls to incremental motion commands

Check.jpg ENHANCE- PreBend Rotate to Start Angle User-Interface Change

  • The PreBend ROTATE TO START ANGLE feature is now only available in the PreBend Dynamic Options list

  • This reduces confusion so that the operator knows that the feature is available in a single location.
