Check.jpg ENHANCED - Replaced/Removed Overall Option FEED AWAY FROM DIES

The Feed Away from Dies option is no longer available in OVERALL because it makes more sense to have it in the RADIUS options under the new name "Radius Shift Away." This option allows for the radius to shift away in any bend ROW.

Check.jpg ENHANCED - Changed Names of Options in Prebend

The Carriage shift options in the PREBEND lists have been renamed because the options apply to both horizontal head shift and carriage shift.

Check.jpg ENHANCED - RADIUS SHIFTING OFF Behavior Change

When Radius Shifting is OFF in the TOOL page, then CNC Bender will no longer, under any circumstance shift the horizontal or carriage axis. We believe that this will be useful because when shifting is OFF, the motion should be completely manually controlled and only manually controlled.

Check.jpg ENHANCED - SQUARE TUBE & ABSOLUTE ROTATION Feature - AUTOMATIC RADIUS SHIFT AWAY

The Absolute Rotation features in PREBEND will always bring the rotation axis back to an absolute position when moving to the LOAD position. Then, after the tube is chucked, the rotation spindle will rotate the tube to an offset position.

If the tube is square, then CNC Bender will automatically perform a Radius Shift Away motion to keep the square tube from catching in the die - even if the Start - Radius Shift Away option is set to OFF.

Check.jpg REPAIR - START Rotation ENABLES in PREBEND if AVAILABLE (LITECONTROL)

For LiteControl, the START ROTATION value in the PREBENDING page now only enables if the option is active in LiteControl.

Check.jpg ENHANCE - SINGLE INSTANCE CONTROL is Now Completely AUTOMATIC

CNC Bender only allows one instance of its program to run at any given time. If a user loaded a second copy of CNC Bender on another copy, then CNC Bender would issue a short message that the an instance is already loaded.

From this version forward, we have made that message disappear. If a second instance of the software is loaded, then CNC Bender just shows the first instance of CNC Bender without a message displayed.

With this feature, there is no chance of loading multiple copies of CNC Bender or the display of multiple message boxes during loading.
