The new RVG Profile editor allows you to edit an unlimited number of profiles. Each profile controls the gearing between the bend arm and the pressure assist.

The new RVG Profile ADJUST POINT editor allows you to edit a single value in an RVG Profile row. Adjust points are angles where the gearing "adjusts" to a new value.

Check.jpg NEW - EXPANDABLE SERVO MANUAL PAGE

The SERVO Manual Control page has been completely redesigned to allow for ANY NUMBER OF AXES. The page can grow or shrink automatically depending on the bender setup.

Initial tests from our technicians indicate that this page is a significant improvement in ease of use over the previous page.

The page also has new features: Every axis can be sent to either 1 pre-programmed relative location, or 2 pre-programmed absolute locations.

Check.jpg NEW - TOOLBOX PAGE FOR STORING OPTIONS WHEN NOT BEING USED

CNC Bender now allows operators to put their options away - just like tools in a tool box. See CNC Bender Toolbox for details.

The feature is called "Toolbox" and is available for every Dynamic Options List in CNC Bender.

A new Toolbox icon is in every dynamic options page:

The action of putting an option away is as simple moving the option from one list to another using move buttons. When you need them again, they will still be in the box - already set with the value that you used last when transferring them to the toolbox.

Check.jpg NEW - REDESIGNED MANUAL TEST BEND PAGE

The page has bigger buttons and a new Real-time Variable Gearing Profile selection. That means you can use Real-time Variable Gearing in the Test Bend page! You can even edit the Profile before running a test bend.

A new LOAD button has been inserted into the FRB page. This saves from navigating through several other screens in order to load data into the FRB menu.
