OPERATOR ISSUE
VTube-LASER crashes at load with this message:
OUR DISCOVERY PROCESS
- I logged in using ConnectWise Control. The computer system was not using the FARO arm, so the error could not be coming from the FARO driver not being installed (which would be one possibility).
- The latest build of VTube-LASER was being used (v3 build 516).
- I decided that we should then start with reinstalling VTube-LASER.
OUR SOLUTION
So, we ran the VTL installation again. We ensured that it was running in Adminstrator mode.
RESULT
VTube-LASER loads fine.
