ENHANCED - Unused Options Can Disappear in All Option Lists

The option disable feature would not make options disappear in all lists with the same option name. Only the first option found with the matching name would disappear. Now all options found in all lists with the matching option name correctly disappear.

ENHANCED - Empty Process Lists Now Allowed

Empty process lists are now allowed in CNC Bender.
