FIX: Handling Slightly Negative Numbers for Motion Commands
This fixes a problem with handling motion command values in the range of GREATER than -1 and LESS than 0 in the AUTOBUILD process.
For example sending any motion axis to a position of "-0.1" would not compile in previous versions of v14.9
