Our Rescue Service is a technical support service that can help you with planning, installation, and training for our products and other products in the tube fabrication industry.

This service can take any of these forms:

Over-the-phone service where we give you technical support when you need it

E-mail support for sharing documents and answering questions

LogMeIn Rescue support where we access your computer directly over the internet with your permission.

It really is this easy!

1. Purchase a 30 minute block of the service at our online store with a credit card. (Or you can call us with the information and we will process it for you.)

1. Give us a call or send us an e-mail and we will begin the Rescue Service session with you.

1. We track the time we work for you. The first 30 minutes are paid for in full. If our Rescue Service time passes 30 minutes, then we just track the extra time and charge per minute against the card. (Please see the store for pricing details.)
