Follow these steps to set blockups to use angles:

Start: Blockups without angles
Step 1
Right click and choose Global Layout Settings
Step 2
- Choose Blockups (in the list on the left)
- Calculation Mode (in the properties list on the right)
- Set the mode to Low Profile with Angles
- Click on OK
