Windows Decimal Symbol
There is the possibility that non-U.S. computers may use characters other than dots/periods for decimals in floating point numbers. For example commas are used by the French and Polish rather than the dot/period symbol.
Not all software automatically understands decimal separators that are not points or dots. For example, Supravision software requires that computers be set to use the point for the decimal.
Please contact us if you know that you will be using any of our software on non-U.S. systems that may use a non-decimal for floating point values.
