ENHANCED - Controls no longer disable during communication

The various controls would sometimes not paint as re-enabled after communications were finished, so the disable feature is no longer used. Disabling the controls on the screen has no practical value as operators can see data being transferred and know not to touch the screen during transfer.

ENHANCED - Adjust Bender Data Change

The float-edit fields in the Adjust Data dialog now responds to the Enter key after the number has been entered.

FIX - Removed Errors from Shutdown

A new compile with new skin engine resolved the shutdown errors in earlier versions.
