How to overcome ShellExecuteEx failed errors during install
When installing any Advanced Tubular software, it is possible that the installation is stopped by the following message:
For example, this occurred for a Dutch customer when the VTube-STEP setup was copied and run from the desktop. The problem appeared to be that the path to the Windows desktop contained Dutch letters that confused the setup program.
The solution was to copy the installation program to a simple path. In this case, we copied the program to C:\ and installed it from that path.
