CNC Bender 10.0.6.0j - Process List Builder Radius Diagnostic Tool

If a non-existent radius level is referenced in the FRB page to indicate the radius value, then a ZERO length arc will be returned during Feed-Bending. In this case, the Feed axis will not move forward during feed bending and the part will be pulled out of the chuck.

This could happen, for example, if an operator transfers a part file designed for a multiple radius machine to a single radius machine.

To prevent this problem, CNC Process List builder now checks for a non-existent radius level being used in the program. If it exists, then information describing the problem is placed in the Process List Builder Errors log and displayed immediately after a process list build.
