CNC Bender 10.0.5.7e - Auto Dynamic Option Update

Operators no longer are required to reset the dynamic options in the low level menu in order to add the new Dynamic Options.

This version of CNC Bender now detects if the current configuration file needs updating with new Dynamic Options - automatically.

If CNC Bender detects an incomplete CNC Bender configuration file, then a dialog similar to this displays on the screen at software boot:
