The Wayne Trail Flexbending Systems is one of the most complex bender systems available anywhere. It uses sub-benders in a progressive gantry system that performs bending from both ends of the tube at the same time. It is completely programmable.

Benderlink for Flexbending Systems simplifies the setup and correction of the system through a series of sophisticated setup screens that convert standard bender data to the Flexbending System style data.

It allows you to enter XYZ centerline data, convert it to bender data, then convert that data to mapped Flexbending Systems data through sophisticated mapping screens. After the initial mapping setup is complete, the software converts measuring center corrections automatically to steer the bender to a good part.
