The Wayne Trail Flexbending Systems is one of the most complex bender systems available anywhere. It uses sub-benders in a progressive gantry system that performs bending from both ends of the tube at the same time. It is completely programmable. Benderlink for Flexbending Systems simplifies the setup and correction of the system through a series of sophisticated setup screens that convert standard bender data to the Flexbending System style data. It allows you to enter XYZ centerline data, convert it to bender data through sophisticated mapping of variables to multiple sub-benders within the machine.
