About VTube-LASER End Engle Qualifications

The end angle deviation is the total angle the measured centerline end length varies from the master end length in degrees.

VTube-LASER includes end-angle qualifications because GMC used to include +/- 1 degree for the end-length qualification.

However, it is our opinion that this qualification is redundant because the end lengths are already qualified in the tangent-midpoint-tangent grid. In general, it is better to qualify a tube shape using linear units than polar (angular) units.

Datum Reports

After a measure and alignment, use one of the Datum reports in the report menu to show the dimensions.

In this example, the two X values show the dimensions that correspond to the 5.5 dimension.
