OPERATOR ISSUE

Scanning was poor and failed often.

OUR DISCOVERY

  • The exposure mode was set to MANUAL inside RDS.

OTHER ACTIONS

  • The customer changed the exposure mode to Automatic.


RESULT

The system measured perfectly.
