ENHANCED - ENABLE Button for STEP and AUTO Modes

The "REQUIRE ENABLE BUTTON" feature now also monitors for a switch to AUTO or STEP modes from MANUAL mode When this feature is enabled, then the ENABLE button must be pressed or a large message will display indicating that the operator must press the ENABLE button
