BIG CHANGE: CYCLE TIME REDUCTION

"END CUSTOM COMMANDS" FEATURE

If you use CUSTOM COMMANDS in any of your bend programs, then we strongly recommend that you upgrade to version 15.9.5 for this feature alone. The big change in this version is that CNC Bender allows the operator to skip unused CUSTOM COMMANDS in the process list. The end effective can be shaving several seconds off of cycle times for parts that use CUSTOM COMMANDS for avoidance moves during bending.

FIXED: Call to Windows Onscreen Keyboard Working Again in Win7 and Win10

CNC Bender could not load the Windows onscreen keyboard in Windows 7 and Windows 10 in 64 bit mode. This has been resolved.

FIXED: Window Border Feature

The Window border feature now correctly maximizes the CNC Bender window when the window border is toggled OFF. This feature allows users to gain access to Windows while CNC Bender is still running.

FIXED: Motion PDA Collision Protection in Manual Absolute

This change is for motion-controlled PDAs. CNC Bender no longer allows the PDA to move forward to an ABSOLUTE position when the bend arm is positioned less than 90 degrees.

FIXED: Galil Communications Reset Issue

CNC Bender can sometimes request a Galil motion controller communications reset on slower computers. This has been resolved.
