FIX - Removed Incorrect Automatic Language Change in Edit Boxes

When VTube-STEP edit boxes received focus (they were tabbed into or clicked on), they would change the Windows system language to Chinese. (Technical explanation: The Windows IME [Input Method Editor] server name would be changed automatically to Chinese.) This has been changed so that the language no longer changes automatically.

FIX - Adding $$$ Extension for Supravision Files

The standard $$$ filename extension for Supravision file output is not longer removed from Supravision files during bender data output.
