Contents

Check.jpg NEW: Side Menus Are Collapsible and Expandable

The side menus can be collapsed and expanded very quickly in order to show you an expanded viewport.

Check.jpg NEW: Side Menu Font Size Adjustable

The side menu fonts can be changed in System Options to fit more or less on the screen vertically.

Check.jpg NEW: Side Menu Width Sizing

The side menu widths can be set to default to NARROW, MEDIUM, or WIDE in the System Option menu.

Check.jpg NEW: Function Key Shortcuts

VTube now uses shortcut function keys for certain tasks:

  • F1 = Help
  • F2 = Refresh Graphics
  • F3 = Zoom All
  • F4 = Viewport to VIEW mode
  • F5 = Viewport to ORBIT mode
  • F6 = Viewport to ZOOM WINDOW mode
  • F12 = Clear (Delete) all imported graphics objects

Check.jpg ENHANCED: Redesigned Control Side Menu (Right Side)

VTube needed more controls on the right. And the controls needed to be more logically grouped. Now the control menu has an added Office style button at the top called "Control" that contains 8 buttons rather than the old menu's 3 buttons. Some of the buttons were moved out of View into Control.

A new important button is "Clear Imported". This button will allow you to clear all the imported data from the screen, and all collected data that depends the imported data with one touch of a button. (The old method of selecting the imported objects with the window, then pressing delete several times in the Imported Model menu was too cumbersome.)

Check.jpg FIX: Supravision Export of End Offsets

The Supravision export would use the A-End and B-End Solid Model Offset for the Supravision end offsets in the exported Supravision file. The values that should be used are the A-End and B-End Length Adjust - because that is the equivalent for Supravision end offsets.

This has been repaired in this version.

Check.jpg FIXED: Point Label Draw "1" Repeat

The point labels would sometimes put "1" in points other than the first point incorrectly in LASER mode. This has been fixed.

Check.jpg ENHANCED: Model Refresh Graphics Optimized

The model refresh time is optimized significantly - especially when the point labels are switched on.

Check.jpg Other Changes

  • Overbend Calculator is now integrated into VTube. The values are now always updated and transferred back to VTube as they are entered in the Overbend.

  • The collection process now switched from Orbit mode to Selection mode automatically. You no longer have to manually switch to View mode first.

  • Fixed default radius bug for single straight tubes.

  • Removed confirmation of collection object delete.

  • Repaired the End Label delete when tube is cleared. (The End Labels did not always clear from the screen when the tubes were cleared or turned off.)
