The TubeCAD Long chart style indicates "SP" for rotations that are at ZERO degrees.  "SP" means "Same Plane."  The tolerance for achieving SP status was a true zero to the limits of the computer.  This means that zero represented a value smaller than anything visible in this world. The solution was to increase the tolerance to +/- 0.09 degrees.  Any rotation  value within 0.09 degrees of zero is now reported as an "SP" rotation in the Long chart style.

Check.jpg FIX for TubeCAD Long Chart ROTATION value placement

The ROTATIONS in the TubeCAD LONG chart were inserted one row too high. For example, the rotation between bends 1 and 2 may be -149.9 degrees. In previous versions of this chart style, the value is placed between bends 2 and 3 (see the blue line below).

Here is the same chart with that same angle moved up to the proper location:

Check.jpg ENHANCED Increased Tolerance for Same Plane Rotations

The TubeCAD Long chart style indicates "SP" for rotations that are at ZERO degrees. "SP" means "Same Plane." The tolerance for achieving SP status was a true zero to the limits of the computer. This means that zero represented a value smaller than anything visible in this world.

Since that does not really make sense in the real world, the solution was to increase the tolerance to +/- 0.09 degrees. Any rotation value within 0.09 degrees of zero is now reported as an "SP" rotation in the Long chart style.
