There are a couple of places where high pressure must be setup in CNC Bender:

ActiveMachine.cncprocesslist

  • Load the ActiveMachine.cncprocesslist file in c:\cnc\config\cncprocesslist folder into a text editor.

  • Be sure that a high pressure COMDEF command is inside this processlist. Every time a controlled-jog command is sent to the processor, it will be preceded by the command.

  • For example, the HydraulicActiveCommand COMDEF may be present in this text file.

  • In this case, use COMDEF.exe to load and examine the CIO objects inside of HydraulicActiveCommand. Be sure that one of the outputs points to the high pressure point, then save (overwrite) the COMDEF if necessary with the new setup.

  • Close and reload CNC Bender for the changes to take effect.

CIO Names Cross Reference in Low Level

  • Check the CIO name for the high pressure output in the CIO reference list in Low Level. This name is used by Processor to set the high pressure point when direct axis jogging, and when switching back into Cycle Start mode.
