About the Mode

When operators step on the safety mat, or software puts the bender into a Zero Energy State mode. In this state, all motion axes are completely disabled, and energy to all axes is blocked or stopped.

We strongly recommend that you require this feature for any CNC bender that you consider purchasing. Benders with this feature are much safer than benders without it.

Gear warning.jpg SAFETY NOTE

The only way to activate Safe Mode Cycle Hold is to either step on the safety mat or walk into the safety scanner region.

If you decide to work on a machine with the pump motor on, then at least step on the safety mat which disables all axes and blocks all hydraulic fluid from flowing to the hydraulic valves.

The only device that can move in this mode is the chuck grippers/jaws.
