The older ROMER arms were a measuring center company well-known for its Supravision software and portable measuring centers. As of the turn of the century, Romer had begun replacing Supravision with the newer DOCS software.

As of November of 2017, our VTube-LASER is compatible with any ROMER arm that uses a ball probe and/or laser scanner through the RDS driver.

Bender Connection using Benderlink Software

  • Our Benderlink Ethernet Module allows Romers with Supravision or DOCS to connect to any VELOG, EL-2000, or Premier Eaton Leonard bender control.

Tube Measuring Probes

ROMER arms use infrared probes to measure tube shapes.

The probe shown here is the 25mm probe (also called the 1 inch probe)

Calibration Probes

Calibration Bars

This is commonly called a T-Bar.

It is used to calibrate the tube measuring probes.
