CHANGE: REGISTRY KEY for CONFIGURATION

The registry key is changed from LOCAL to CURRENT USER in order to comply with common security restrictions in WRITE privileges in Windows computers.

ENHANCED: User Interface

The user interface is modified for a cleaner look.

ENHANCED: Added new Program IDs

NLM has all the latest Program IDs added.
