Setup VTube-LASER Reports to Show Bender Plus Adjusted Data Back to VTube-LASER

STEP 1 - Measure and Align the Measured Tube with the Master

Enter the MASTER data, then measure and align the measured tube to the master data.

STEP 2 - Enter the Bender Data Setup Menu

This is an important step that for building good adjustment reports. Remember that VTube gets the bender setup data in the reports from the blue columns in the Bender Data Setup menu - not the MASTER LRA data. In this example, the tube has been inspected, the but the blue columns are still set to zero. The blue columns contain the values that the bender will have before correction. So if the blue columns are all zeros, then the reports will show bender data setup as all zeros + adjustments.
