NOTE: This is only necessary if your key looks like one of these two:

The hardware key driver must be installed for the key to be used on your system. If necessary, download and install the driver.

If you know that you have installed the hardware key driver on your system at least one time, then skip to step 2. If you are not sure, then it is okay to install the driver again.

Step 2 - Locate or Download the KeyCheck Program

Find the keycheck.exe program. Often this program is installed with any Advanced Tubular software that uses a hardware key - usually in a folder called "key".

If you cannot find it, then please download the installation file and install the keycheck program.

If you want to copy the contents of the log, then you can right-click and choose a copy-to-clipboard option.

If the key is not found by the KeyCheck program, then please contact us for further assistance.
