Gmail is one of the most popular free web-based e-mail systems available. It works great. However, please understand the risk of loss of your e-mails.

Warning of Loss Databases

If you have mail that is only stored on Gmail servers that is very important to you, then I recommend that you consider begin using an e-mail client software program on your system (like Thunderbird) to download all your e-mails to your system.
