The latest approved drivers are 5.8.3.2 or 5.8.5.2.
Follow these steps in Windows 10 to check your current FARO USB Driver version.
Step 1
Press Windows X.
Step 2
Click on Control Panel.
Step 3
Set the Control Panel to Category View. Click on the "Uninstall a Program" link.
Step 4
Find the FARO USB driver version in the "Uninstall or change program" list.
Important Note: Please do not use 5.8.4.5. The latest approved drivers are 5.8.3.2 or 5.8.5.2.
