NEW TIME SAVER - SVout EXPORT FEATURE

CNC Bender can now output master SV data. This means that MASTER FILE TRANSFER CAN OCCUR IN BOTH DIRECTIONS in CNC Bender.

If master data is initially entered in CNC Bender, then SV file can be exported, then picked up by the ROMER computer for use directly in Supravision - all through the network. This will save time for customers that prefer to avoid entering data multiple times.

The SVout button in the XYZ Data page is new (see right image)

The new SV Out button on CNC Bender's XYZ Coord Data Page

It exports part number, unit setting, XYZ data, FRB data or FRB + Adjustments, diameter, and cut length.

The SVout feature handles export with a lot of sophistication:

The operator chooses if he wants XYZ data alone, or XYZ + FRB data, or XYZ + FRB + Adjustments in the file. The FRB data is converted to Corrected LRA values.

Avoidance move rows with zero degree bend angles are compressed into other true bend rows. This means that avoidance data will be properly removed from the LRA data so that the Supravision software will not be confused.
