Dynamic Correction and Adjustment of Controlled Axis on a Per Part Basis is now possible - while in AUTO MODE

This version of CNC Bender can automatically adjust a controlled axis from an external PLC - while running in AUTO mode. For example an external loader can measure the length of a part, then report the deviation to the bender. CNC Bender uses the value to adjust the START position automatically.

PROCESS-SAFE CORRECTIONS for ANY CONTROLLED AXIS

This feature can be used for any axis on the CNC Bender. The feature can be used to safely tweak the bender process in real time at certain critical points in the bending process in order to produce a part in which inherent error is evenly spread out in the part.
