It handles all communications with Supravision-based measuring centers and Laservision-based measuring centers.

How CNC Bender and Benderlink Interact

CNC Bender software communicates with Benderlink when Benderlink either requests data or sends data. These are the simple rules for using Benderlink in CNC Bender:

  1. MANUAL MODE ONLY:CNC Bender must be in MANUAL mode, or CNC Bender will not allow for the transfer.

  2. NEW DATA: To send NEW data, be sure that the FRB data in CNC Bender is cleared. There should be all zeros in all six fields of the first row. There should only be one row.

  3. CORRECTION DATA If data other than all ZEROS is in the FRB page, then Benderlink will assume that you are correcting an existing part and MERGE the corrections into the ADJUSTMENT fields. (Important Note: If you intend to receive a NEW part, but forgets to clear the FRB screen, then you will find a morphed part on the screen. The existing part will have been corrected with the wrong data.)
