This is a four port module that was designed for a measuring center application where the customer has four Eaton Leonard benders: a LightSpeed control, two Premier controls, and an EL-2000 controlled Eaton Leonard bender.

Installation Location

This module is placed near the Romer measuring center computer.

About the Connections

  • RJ-45 ports - Ethernet cable converted to serial using RJ-45 to DB9 converters
  • A four-port Quatech PCI board was installed in the Romer computer (Model: QS-PCI-100) The serial cables run from the RJ-45 ports on this module to the to the COM ports on the measuring center computer.
  • The circular military connectors are connected to the Advanced Tubular current loop boards on the inside of the module. These ports are connected to the cables that run through the shop to the benders.
