OPERATOR ISSUE

Scanning was sluggish.

OUR DISCOVERY

  • The wrong scanning profile was being used in RDS.
  • The Point Sampling was set to 100% - which is way too dense for VTube-LASER.

OTHER ACTIONS

  • We opened RDS and checked the current Scanning Profile.
  • We set the scan settings point sampling to 25%.
